Love my order, but i need to swop sizes!

  • You can absolutely exchange your items, as long as tags are attached and the products are in original condition, you can return your items to one of the following returns addresses. 

 

  • Please be sure to leave a note in your order of what you would like to exchange for, so we can get this sorted for you asap!

How should i wash my items?

  • All items will come with care tags inside, however we always advise washing on cool and air drying to keep your items perfect as long as possible. 


Do you wholesale?

  • We are working on making our items available for wholesale, however we do not currently offer this, sorry!



How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Although we aim to get orders out as soon as possible, due to reduced staffing for social distancing, it may take up to 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

  • If 7 working days have passed and your order has not been dispatched, please contact us via email support@pampelone.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
