How should i wash my items?

  • All items will come with care tags inside, however we always advise washing on cool and air drying to keep your items perfect as long as possible.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Although we aim to get orders out as soon as possible, due to reduced staffing for social distancing, it may take up to 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

  • If 7 working days have passed and your order has not been dispatched, please contact us via email support@pampelone.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 


I need to cancel my order :(

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched we are able to cancel your order. Please contact support@pampelone.com and one of our team can help you!

Import fees / taxes

All of our pieces are hand made in Bali, please note for orders placed within the UK and Europe, these may now be subject to import fees and taxes. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any fees you may incur once the item leaves us.
