Return/ Exchange Policy

Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

All returns must be made within 14 days of order delivery in original non-worn condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

You can return your order for one of three options:

1) Cash refund to original form of payment. A return label will be issued for you and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

2) FULL store credit in the form of a Pampelpone E-Gift Card

3) An exchange with help from our concierge styling team to ensure you find the perfect item for you. Store credit can be used at our sister brand If you would like your credit at AURA The Label, please email our support team. 

However, please note that we can not offer cash refunds for orders that were made using a gift card. 

Pampelone issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

- Is canceled by Pampelone
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

Pampelone will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Exchanges/ Credits will also not be accepted if items are not in their original condition, with tags attached (including the cotton dust bag).
If not returned in original condition, then you will receive an email explaining the item has not passed quality control and therefore exchanges / store credit will no longer be available. You will receive a link to pay $5 shipping fee if you require the item back.

Final Sale Items

All items which are marked final sale on the product page are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. We can however do a size exchange if the size you are looking for is in stock.

Please submit a help query to if you decide to cancel your order. We can offer a full refund if the order is cancelled before it is shipped. Please note, we will NOT accept a cancellation request once the order has been shipped.
